Management Information and Documentation Officer

  1. INTRODUCTION

    Information Commission Regulation No. 1 of 2010 on Standard of Public Information Service represents a milestone in encouraging disclosure of information in Indonesia that underlies the law of the right of every person to obtain information. The Act also provides liability to any institution/agency to provide and serve the public information request quickly, timely and low cost/proportionate and in a simple way.

    In accordance with the Decree of the Head of Center of Standardization and Services for Leather, Rubber, and Plastics Industries Number 73 of 2023 on April 6th 2023 about Designation and Determination of the Team Manager of Information and Documentation in the Environment of Center of Standardization and Services for Leather, Rubber, and Plastics Industries has set the tasks and authority of Information and Documentation in the framework of the implementation of public information services.

    • Systems, Mechanisms and Procedures
      1. Applicant came to the service desk information, fill out the information request form by attaching a copy of ID card applicants and users of information;
      2. The officer gave the Receipt Request Public Information to the Public Information Applicant;
      3. The officer process the Public Information Request in accordance with the public information request form signed by the applicant public information, according to the type of information :
        » General information , the onus is on Section Information
        » Information of testing materials/equipment, the onus is on the Marketing Section
        » Information Related to Technical Consultancy Section to provide facilitation to bring together technical personnel with the requested information in the consultation room, except consultation for Intelectual Property Rigths
      4. The officer handed over the information in accordance with the information requested by the applicant/user. If the requested information is included in the exempted category, PPID convey the reasons in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force;
      5. The clerk gave Receipt Delivery of Public Information to users of public information

      Service period is 10 (ten) business days and can be extended 7 (seven) days in accordance with Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Disclosure
    • Cost/Rates
      Information service charge is free, for a doubling of the substance/photocopy, the applicant can do the multiplication information/copy itself, or provide CD/DVD empty or flash for recording data and information.

      In performing its duties, Information and Documentation Officer assisted Functional Archivists, Librarians, Public Relation Officer and Computer Administration Officer. The personnel competence requirements in implementing PPID include:

      2. Information Officers have the skills and attitudes in communication, so as to support in carrying out the mission

      1. The validity and accountability of the information provided is guaranteed;
      2. CSSLRPI responsible for the safety of applicant information as long as in the Center of Standardization and Services for Leather, Rubber, and Plastics Industries area
    • Implementing Performance Evaluation
      Implementing Performance Evaluation carried out at least once a year to make improvements and increase on information service performance.
