Training on the Introduction and Testing of SIR Based on SNI 1903:2017

Yogyakarta, November 10, 2023 - On Wednesday to Friday, November 8 to 10, the Training on the Introduction and Testing of SIR Based on SNI 1903:2017 was conducted at the Center for Standardization and Service for Leather, Rubber, and Plastic Industries (CSSLRPI). This training was organized through the collaboration between CSSLRPI, PT. Pamor Ganda, and PT. Anugrah Sibolga Lestari.

The training event, opened with an opening address by the Head of Administration, Mr. Sri Widodo, was attended by six participants, each representing PT Anugrah Sibolga Lestari, PT. Pamor Ganda, and three internal participants from the Testing and PUP Team of CSSLRPI. The goal of this training was to enhance the skills and technical capabilities of the participants related to SIR products and SIR testing based on the SNI 1903:2017 standard.

In order to achieve the training objectives, participants were not only provided with theoretical understanding of SIR products but also engaged in a series of practical sessions covering key aspects. The training included topics such as SIR Homogenization, Preparation of SIR Test Samples, Plasticity Testing, Mooney Viscosity, Ash Content, Dirt Content, and Volatile Matter Content in SIR.
