Halal Products Testing
LPH BBSPJIKKP in collaboration with Integrated Testing and Research Laboratory, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (Accredited with ISO 17025) to conduct testing of halal products on food and beverages which include:
Pork contamination testing in meatball and nugget products using RT-PCR method
Pork gelatin Identification testing in capsule shell products using the RT-PCR method
Alcohol (ethanol) content testing in beverages products using Gas Chromatography method
