Information Request Procedure

Public Information Applicant's Rights:

1. Everyone has the right to obtain Public Information,
2. Everyone has the right:
   • View and find out Public Information,
   • Attend public meetings that are open to the public to obtain Public Information,
   • Obtain a copy of Public Information through a public Information request,
   • Disseminating Public Information.
3. Every Public Information Applicant has the right to submit a request for Public Information including the reasons for the request,
4. Every Public Information Applicant has the right to file a lawsuit in court if they encounter obstacles or failure in obtaining Public Information.
